Services
We offer trips in the form of guided tours, sea trips, desert safari, and transfers from and to the airport in Hurghada.
Bookings and payments
- Reservations can be made through our website, by e-mail or via WhatsApp.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash.
- We request a 20% deposit when making a reservation.
Cancellations and changes
- Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. After that, 20% of the total amount will be charged.
- Changes to the reservation can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the start. After this period, 20% will be charged.
Responsibility and liability
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or political unrest, the trip will not take place. In consultation with the customer, a new date will be planned or the money will be refunded.
- Mystique is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from reckless behavior of the customer.
Insurances
Mystique does not offer travel insurance. Customers are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance.
Complaints and disputes
- Complaints must be submitted by email no later than 7 days after the incident. The complaint must contain a detailed description of the incident.
- We strive to find a suitable solution together with the customer. In this, the principle of hearing both sides is applied.
Privacy policy
- Customers’ personal data is stored on a secure hard drive that is only accessible to Mystique management.
- Personal data will be stored for a maximum of 8 weeks after the last trip and then deleted.
Code of conduct
- Customers must always follow the guide’s instructions. The guide is responsible for the safety of the group.
- Be aware of the weather conditions, especially in summer. It is advisable to bring a hat, hand fan and enough water to prevent dehydration.
